1. What we collect
- Contact details you give us. Your name, email address, and message when you use the contact form, and your email address when you join the newsletter.
- Order information. When purchasing becomes available: your shipping address, items ordered, and contact details. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to run the site securely.
2. How we use it
- To answer your messages and provide customer care.
- To fulfil and deliver orders and process returns.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
- To keep the site secure and improve how it works.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store. Such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and the email service that delivers our newsletter, and only the minimum they need to do their job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site currently uses only what's technically necessary for it to function. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, this policy will be updated first and any consent required by your region will be requested.
5. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above (or as the law requires, for example tax records on orders), and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing. Write to us via the contact pageand we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
7. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
