1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lacquer Luxury website and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Products
Every set is handcrafted and made to order. Because each set is hand-painted, small variations in pattern, placement, and finish are inherent to the product. No two sets are exactly alike, and such variations are not defects. Product photography is styled to represent the design faithfully; screen colors can vary between devices.
3. Orders and payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
- An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.
- Made-to-order sets are crafted within approximately 48 hours before dispatch. See Shipping for delivery terms.
4. Proper use of products
Press-on nails are a cosmetic accessory. Apply and remove them as directed (see the guide included with your set and our FAQ). Discontinue use if you experience irritation. Keep nail glue away from children and eyes.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, imagery, text, and branding on this site are the property of Lacquer Luxury and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a set gives you the physical product, not the rights to its design.
6. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including shipping addresses) and for keeping any account credentials confidential. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lacquer Luxury's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction, to be confirmed before launch]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
